When you contribute, we collect your name, mobile number and email address. From our payment partner we also receive a payment reference number, the amount, the payment method used and the time of payment.

We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, bank credentials or any other payment instrument details. Those are handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

To record your contribution, to issue your Certificate of Appreciation, to let you retrieve that certificate later, and to respond if you contact us about a contribution.

So that contributors can retrieve a certificate without creating an account, our certificate lookup can be searched by mobile number. Anyone who enters a mobile number can see whether it has contributed, along with the contributor name, the amount and the payment reference shown on that certificate.

Email addresses are never returned by this lookup. If you would prefer your contribution not to be retrievable this way, write to us at weaveindiatrust@gmail.com and we will remove it.

Only with Razorpay, to process your payment, and where we are required to by law. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We keep contribution records for as long as needed to administer the campaign and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
