WEAVEINDIA Trust is a charitable trust registered in Telangana, India, operating this website at https://weaveindiatrust.com. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “the Trust” refer to WEAVEINDIA Trust, and “you” refers to any person using this website or making a contribution through it.

We accept voluntary monetary contributions towards Journey of Handloom Day, a feature film documenting the heritage, craft and livelihoods of Indian handloom weaving. We do not sell any goods or services through this website.

In acknowledgement of a contribution, we issue a digital Certificate of Appreciation bearing the contributor's name, the amount contributed and the payment reference number. The certificate is a token of thanks. It is not a receipt for goods or services, and it confers no membership, ownership, credit, or any other right in the film or in the Trust.

Contributions are made in Indian Rupees through Razorpay, our payment partner. By contributing you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the funds are lawfully yours, and that the details you provide are accurate.

The name you enter is printed on your certificate exactly as recorded, and the mobile number you enter is how you retrieve that certificate later. Please enter both carefully.

You agree not to use this website to attempt unauthorised access, to disrupt its operation, or for any unlawful purpose. Content on this website, including text, images and the certificate artwork, belongs to the Trust unless stated otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
